Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa is the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area and the current Chairman of Conference 57 (the forum of all Local Government Chairmen in Lagos State).

A trained engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Lagos State University, Hon. Olowa brings a unique blend of technical expertise, grassroots governance experience, and a strong commitment to public safety and community development to the Board of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund.

Since assuming office as Executive Chairman, he has prioritized infrastructure development, youth empowerment, tourism promotion, and the enhancement of security architecture at the local level. His administration has consistently collaborated with security agencies to strengthen community policing and create a safer environment for residents and investors in Ibeju-Lekki.

Hon. Olowa’s appointment to the LSSTF Board reflects his proven leadership and dedication to supporting the State’s strategic efforts in crime prevention, intelligence gathering, and the provision of logistics and equipment to security operatives across Lagos.

He is widely respected for his hands-on approach to governance, innovative ideas, and unwavering commitment to the progress and security of Lagos State.
