Mr. Otun is the Head of Accounts at the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF). He oversees the Fund’s financial management and reports directly to the Executive Secretary. His responsibilities include supervising all accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial recording and reporting, preparing annual budgets and financial statements, coordinating internal and external audits, and maintaining strict compliance with public financial regulations and accounting standards.

He manages the efficient utilisation of resources mobilised through public-private partnership for the procurement of security equipment, training, and operational support across Lagos State. At LSSTF, Mr. Otun plays a strategic role in promoting transparency, fiscal discipline, and accountability in the management of funds dedicated to enhancing security and safety infrastructure in Lagos State.
