Mr. Ayo Otulayo is a seasoned Nigerian business strategist, entrepreneur, and industry leader with over 25 years of experience in corporate management, strategic partnerships, and business development.

He is the Group Managing Director of Prime Atlantic Limited, a dynamic indigenous Nigerian company renowned for delivering world-class energy solutions, technical services, and support to the oil and gas industry.

A graduate of Pharmacy from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1996, Mr. Otulayo began his career in the pharmaceutical sector before transitioning into the energy and maritime support services sector, where he has built significant expertise in operations, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement.

Widely respected for his strategic insight, leadership acumen, and commitment to indigenous capacity development in Nigeria’s critical sectors, Mr. Otulayo brings a strong private sector perspective to the Lagos State Security Trust Fund. His experience in managing complex operations and fostering sustainable partnerships adds valuable depth to the Board’s efforts in enhancing security infrastructure and public-private collaboration for a safer Lagos.
